Spring Favorites

May 24, 2015

Ok so, Spring technically started a.... while ago and it is almost Summer but that's besides the point. The weather hasn't been very Spring-y until recently which is why my Spring Favorites haven't arrived until now! I needed some time to determine what my favorites were!

Let's start off with these amazing boyfriend jeans. I love them - they are so comfy and can be dressed up or worn casually. I picked them up last year from Old Navy for under $25! They are on sale now too so go grab a pair, or two!

I love striped tops and was happy to come across this 3/4 length sleeve for cooler days. I picked it up recently and it is still on sale!

Next, my Chuck Taylors. A Converse classic. They bring me back to my childhood and working at Hollister (you're allowed to laugh). I know many people are sporting the white converse but I can't quite do it. I would manage to get them dirty the minute I put them on and then I would obsess about it. So, red it is. I love them. They are comfortable and cute. Perfect for busy weekend errands!

My favorite nail polish colors seems to vary by season - right now Essie Bump up the Pumps (pink/coral) & take it outside (grey) are on my hit list. I have been switching between these two depending on the mood I am in and how much color I need to give me that lift nail polish tends to give me. Does nail polish change your mood? Or that's just me?

I sent my winter booties home and traded them in for these opened toed beauties from Steve Madden. I also bought these last year although, they are still available online! I will not lie, they did rub my toes the wrong way the first few times I wore them but they are now comfortable and a fun alternative to sandals and heels.

No, you are not crazy, this item also appeared in my Winter Favorites. I just love it! It is now a necessity when I wear a scarf or else I find it falls off or blows around in the wind.

A few of my girlfriends actually gave me this beautiful necklace for my birthday last year. I love it but I have been particularly wearing it a lot lately - maybe because I miss them! I know you can find a similar style a few different places but this special piece was from bluboho - the cutest little jewelry boutique. It's always dangerous walking in there as every piece is beautiful and they have many unique pieces. And now with a store online, I try to resist my temptation by not visiting too often!

What are your favorites this Spring?
