Oreo Cheesecake Cups

My brothers (30th!) birthday was a few weeks ago and keeping with tradition, cheesecake was on the menu for dessert. My mom usually makes a cheesecake for his birthday but I thought I would whip up a different variation this year. I made these killer (if I do say so myself) Oreo Cheesecake Cups. I followed the standard cheesecake recipe on the inside of the cream cheese package and then added a few hundred thousand calories worth of Oreos!

  • 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 Oreo cookies
  • Preheat oven to 325°F. 
  • Line muffin tray with paper liners

  • Separate 16 Oreo cookies and place un-iced halves in the bottom of the liners. This is used instead of graham cracker crumbs.
  • Add 4 whole Oreo cookies and remaining halves into a ziplock bag and break into pieces. Place aside.

  • Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with a blender. Add eggs, one at a time until blended. Do not over beat. 
  • Add 3/4 broken Oreo pieces to mixture. 

  • Pour batter into cups, filling 3/4 of the way.
  • Place remaining Oreo pieces on the tops of each.


  • Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked throughout.
  • Let cool before removing from tray. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
